We want you to be happy with your purchases and feel comfortable trying new things. That’s why A-Market offers a 100% product satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. If you are not happy with something you purchased from us we will gladly refund your money or issue you a credit.

A receipt is necessary for all cash or credit refunds. You will be refunded in the payment form in which you paid. Returns paid for by check cannot be processed until the check clears your bank. Returns without store receipts will be given store credit in the amount of the current price. We cannot accept returns on special order items that we do not stock in the store.

We will gladly place an order for any product available through our distributors. For your convenience, you can place special orders in store, by phone or e-mail. We cannot accept returns on special order items that we do not stock in the store. No deposit is necessary when placing your order.

We offer a 5% quantity discount off current shelf price on most products in the store. Sale items are not eligible for further discount unless specially noted. Quantity discount applies to full, unopened cases and bulk items as well as supplements special ordered in a quantity of 6. Not all items are eligible for discount and prices and quantities are at the discretion of the department manager.

Rewards membership is free and available to everyone. Every dollar spent is equal to one point. A Market brand supplements and Field Day brand products receive double points. Members receive a $25 reward towards future purchases for every 500 points earned. Members must present card or phone number at each purchase to qualify. Members also may write personal checks.

Checks will be accepted from all established rewards card members. For your safety, a valid form of identification will be required.

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept debit cards and EBT (Electronic Benefit Transaction).

We offer gift cards in any amount. Gift cards are available at the register and are accepted at all locations. A Market is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
